We strive to provide exceptional educational experiences, and our refund policy is designed to be fair to all parties while maintaining the quality and viability of our programmes.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1 Application Fee

Any application fee paid during the application process is non-refundable as it covers the administrative costs of processing your application.

2.2 Course Fee

The full payment or the initial instalment of the course fee, as applicable, must be paid before the commencement of the course to secure your place.

3. Cancellation by Participant

3.1 More than 14 Days Before Course Start

If you cancel your enrolment more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date of the course:
